Operational Boundaries
Transit times are estimates. While we boast a 98% on-time delivery rate over the last 17 years, act of God events and port strikes fall outside our direct operational control.
Claim Protocols
Documentation is everything. Visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery on the Proof of Delivery (POD) to initiate a formal claim process within 48 hours.

- Carriers are not liable for loss or damage caused by improper packing by the shipper.
- Storage fees apply to cargo held in our facilities beyond the 48-hour grace period.
- All rates quoted are subject to fuel surcharge adjustments and regulatory changes.
- Force Majeure applies to all transit schedules and transit guarantees.
